Registration Fees & Group Rates

Registration to the Victoria Forum includes:

  • Access to all sessions on Friday November, 17th through to Sunday, November 19th
  • One (1) ticket to the cocktail reception and gala dinner on Friday, November 17th
  • Light Breakfast and lunch on Saturday, November 18th and Sunday, November 19th
    Shuttle bus transportation from host hotels to meeting venues

 

Registration Rates

  • Early Bird Registration: $745 until September 24, 2017 at 11:59 PM PDT
  • Delegate Package: $895
  • Subsidized Package (Students, First Nations, Qualified NGOs – A proof of eligibility will be requested) $445

A La Carte Registration Options

  • Reception & Dinner on November 17 ONLY: $170
  • Welcome, Opening Panel, Reception & Dinner on November 17: $395
  • Full Days on November 18 & 19: $525

 

Group Rates

We provide exclusive discounts for any group of 10 registrations or more:

  • 10% discount for a group of 10-14,
  • 12.5% discount for a group of 15-19,
  • 15% discount for a group of 20 and more
