At the Victoria Forum, you will join hundreds of global and national policy makers, business leaders, academics and civil society representatives as they review Canada’s successes and challenges in diversity and inclusion, and develop ideas to make a better environment, economy and society for all.
This is not just a way to get a free ticket (as you will have the opportunity to attend of a few sessions); but an opportunity to develop new skills, meet new people and learn how a top-of-the-line complex event comes together.
Duties can include: Event set up, attendee check in, directional assistance, administrative tasks, etc.
Time Commitment: 3 hour training session on November 15 and availability for at least three (3) 4 hour shifts between November 15 – 19 (November 15 – 16 are set up days)
Event Locations: Victoria Conference Centre (Nov 17) & University of Victoria (Nov 18 & 19)
- Free onsite parking
- Meals onsite will be provided
- Opportunity to work alongside dedicated attendees who are passionate about being a part of positive change
